3、 Installation and debugging:

1. After opening the box, install the machine according to the "Installation Diagram" and connect the compressed air source with a pressure of 0.6MPa. If connecting to the compressed air main pipeline, valves should be installed first.

2. Open the right door and unscrew the oil mist gauge to add clean specialized engine oil or sewing machine oil. Note: do not add oil with air pressure, and the oil level should be about 8% full.

3. Check if there is any air leakage on each sealing surface by introducing the air source. Adjust the air pressure to 0.3~0.4MPa and adjust the oil intake. Generally, after several actions, spray a drop of oil. Regularly check the fuel injection situation.

4. Filling volume adjustment: First, rotate the filling volume adjustment handwheel and observe the scale on the indicator window to achieve the desired filling volume. At the same time, adjust the suction and discharge speeds to achieve satisfactory filling results. Measure the filling volume using the dosage gauge and correct the filling volume.
